Adam Caan Mustafa
Background in care, workforce and health systems, including senior roles at the British Red Cross and across the sector. Adam leads the day-to-day running of the service, relationships with referrers and funders, carer onboarding and the Oria brand and marketing.
Dejan Kojic
Chief Executive of Oria Care. Dejan has worked in complex care since 2013 and has overseen services delivering over 100,000 hours of care per week. He leads strategy, commercial growth, product direction, fundraising and M&A activity, and as Nominated Individual is accountable to the CQC for the quality, safety and governance of the regulated service.
Claire James
Our CQC Registered Manager, signing off every carer before a first shift. Ten years in healthcare management across mental health and complex care, specialising in implementation and regulation.
Stella Makosa
Leads clinical governance, competency sign-off and clinical review across our packages. Thirty years in paediatric and adult nursing, a certified nurse trainer and former CQC inspector.
Shona White
Manages her own caseload of complex care packages, making sure each one runs as planned. Twelve years delivering complex care at home with Florence, Cera Care and Harrison Associates, for ICBs, local authorities and case managers.

Alex Rennie-Lis
Alex leads the engineering behind Oria One, the system every Oria Care package runs on. His view is simple: in care, the record has to be right, because families, clinicians and commissioners all rely on it. He has spent more than 20 years building platforms in regulated, data-heavy sectors, most recently as CTO at Cornwall Insight, where he built an LLM product on two decades of proprietary data, after leadership roles at InMoment, HomeServe and IBM. Why a care provider builds its own system.
We have worked inside care providers, workforce businesses and health systems, and seen the same thing in each: good care let down by the way it was run. Records rebuilt after the event, costs that drifted, families chasing updates. Oria Care exists to run complex care the other way round, with the discipline built in from the first referral. Oria One, the group's own system, is how we keep that promise as we grow.
