These terms apply whenever you use this website. By using it, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These terms cover the website only. Care is provided under a separate written agreement, and Oria One has its own terms, which apply when you register or log in.

You may use this website to find out about our services, make an enquiry or refer a package. You must not:

• use the site in any way that breaks the law, or for any fraudulent purpose;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the site, the server it runs on or any system connected to it;
• introduce viruses or other harmful material, or attack the site in any way;
• copy or collect the site's content in bulk, or use it to send unsolicited marketing.

The site is provided free of charge. We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of it at any time, for example for maintenance, and we do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors.

The information on this website is general information about Oria Care and our services. It is not clinical, legal or financial advice, and you should not rely on it as such. Please speak to a suitably qualified professional about your own circumstances.

The examples, figures and screens on this site show how a package runs. They are illustrations, not the records of a real person. Any cost shown before an assessment is indicative; the cost of a package is confirmed in writing after assessment, in the agreement for that care.

We aim to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we do not promise that it is complete or current.

This website links to Oria One at app.oria.care, the system our group builds and runs for referrals, agreements and package records. When you register or log in to Oria One, its own terms and privacy information apply.

Where the site links to other websites, such as the Care Quality Commission or the Information Commissioner's Office, those links are for your information only. We have no control over those sites and are not responsible for their content or for how they use personal data.

We own, or are licensed to use, the content and design of this website, including its text, graphics, and the Oria Care name and logo. You may view and print pages for your own reference, or to share with people involved in a person's care. You must not copy, adapt or republish the content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

We handle any personal data you give us through this website in line with our privacy policy. Our use of cookies is explained in our cookie policy, and you can change your choice at any time through our cookie settings.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales.

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or this website, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
