Six steps, in the order they actually happen.
The same six steps on every package, whoever instructs it, so everyone knows what happens next and what they will receive.
Referral
Refer in Oria One in about five minutes, or ring us. An indicative weekly cost appears the moment you submit.
Assessment
A free assessment at home, with the person, their family and the professionals already involved, against the goals already set for their care. Nothing is charged before you sign.
Costing and agreement
A line-by-line costing schedule the funder can rely on. The agreement goes to whoever signs, in Oria One or on paper, and you can see where it is.
Care team
Carers matched on skills, location and the shape of the rota, checked to our published standard, trained to the plan, and introduced to the family before the first shift.
Package live
Care starts on the agreed date. Daily records are written at the time, incidents are logged and escalated, and you have one named contact throughout.
Review and reporting
Care plans are reviewed against goals and signed off. Reporting runs against the costing, so what was delivered and what it cost stays clear. The record stays whole for as long as the package runs.
Clinically governed. Operationally strong.
Clinical oversight sits behind every package, from assessment to review. Where the needs are clinical, a nurse leads the care; everywhere, clinical decisions are made by people accountable for them.
Clinical oversight at every stage
